Designed for making a traditional wooden spokeshave with a simple and effective depth of cut adjustment. This particular kit produces a good size spokeshave for general purpose work. The kit includes an A2 tool steel blade 100mm(4") long by 17.5mm(11/16") wide and 3.2mm(1/8") thick, a brass wear strip, two brass lock nuts and adjustment thumb wheels, a tap, and complete instructions. Wood not included. Minimum blank size required is 275mm(11") x 38mm(1.1/2") x 22mm(7/8").
