Lamello have produced yet another innovative approach to the glued joint. This is a self clamping insert which pulls together and holds the timber components while the glue cures. Using the same configuration as the number 20 biscuit the insertion slot is produced with your biscuit jointer. The biscuit / insert is made from glass fibre reinforced plastic for rigidity and durability and is hammered home dry. The specially shaped barbed ridge creates the clamping action and locks the components together to form a mitre, 'T' and butt joint. The E20H measures 27 x 23 x 4mm and is suitable for timber deeper than 35mm. Supplied in a pack of 80.
