American Flexcut Tool Company, in partnership with BriMarc stockist Axminster Tool Centre, is sponsoring the GMC Wood Carving magazine’s 2010 Woodcarving Competition.

The competition is open to those from all levels of skill and from all parts of the world. So for those of you who are keen woodcarvers or for those who have just taken up woodcarving, why not get out your carving tools and have a go?

The competition will fall into 3 categories:

• In the Round
• Relief
• Painted

For each category, prizes in the form of gift vouchers will be:

• Gold (£120)
• Silver (£100)
• Bronze (£75)

In addition, the judges will choose a Woodcarver of the Year who will be awarded the prize of a £75 gift voucher.
